Struck President Pauline Ploquin Selected to Lead The Road Home Board of Trustees

SALT LAKE CITY, UT (March 2, 2023) — The Road Home, a leading social services agency, is proud to announce the appointment of Pauline Ploquin as the President of the Board of Trustees. Ploquin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the organization from her role as President and Partner of Struck, a brand transformation agency.

Ploquin places an emphasis on people development, including Struck’s pioneering DEI efforts, as well as initiatives on mental health awareness and de-stigmatization. “The mission of the Road Home aligns with what we do at Struck, by placing humans at the center of everything we do,” said Ploquin. “Focusing on the human experience of the most vulnerable members of our community will be a hallmark of my service with The Road Home.” 

Ploquin’s history is punctuated by successfully leading dynamic teams with a clear focus on strategic planning. She finds solutions and focuses on what will yield the best outcome with a high-level ability to prioritize opportunities in the short term for immediate impact, as well as long-term success.

Under Ploquin’s leadership, The Road Home aims to continue its mission of providing support and resources to those in need in the community. Her experience in branding and marketing will be an invaluable asset as the organization strives to increase awareness and support for its programs and services.
